The successful candidate will prepare customised itineraries, manage invoices and bookings, resolve travel-related issues, and contribute to weekly and monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Client Communication Manage inquiries, bookings, and payments viaWhatsApp, email, and phone. Communicate professionally with clients throughout the booking process. Itinerary Preparation Developtailored travel itinerariesbased on client requirements. Assist clients in selecting suitable travel experiences and arrangements. Invoice Management Prepare invoices for clients. Follow up on outstanding payments. Customer Support Handle booking updates and changes. Respond to customer feedback. Resolve travel and booking-related issues promptly. Sales Contribution Support the achievement ofweekly and monthly sales targets. Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings. Qualifications and Requirements Applicants should have: ADiploma or Degreein Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. Excellent command of the Swedish language. At least2 years of experiencein tour consulting or hotel operations. Proven experience sellingTanzania and other East African destinations, including:KenyaUganda Kenya Uganda Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines. Flexibility to workvaried hours when required.
