Key Responsibilities Support the management and maintenance of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software. Assist in managing IT infrastructure and system administration activities. Ensure reliable operation of resort technology systems and services. Support IT security measures and ensure protection of company systems and data. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Provide technical support to users and departments. Assist in supervising IT activities and supporting the IT team. Contribute to continuous improvement of IT operations and services.
