The successful candidate will prepare customised itineraries, manage invoices and bookings, resolve travel-related issues, and contribute to weekly and monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Client Communication Manage inquiries, bookings, and payments throughWhatsApp, email, and phone. Maintain professional and effective communication with clients. Itinerary Preparation Createtailored travel itinerariesbased on client requirements. Assist clients with suitable travel arrangements and experiences. Invoice Management Prepare client invoices. Follow up on outstanding payments. Customer Support Handle booking updates and changes. Respond to customer feedback. Resolve travel and booking-related issues. Sales Contribution Support the achievement ofweekly and monthly sales targets. Help convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Qualifications and Requirements Applicants should have: ADiploma or Degreein Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. Excellent command of the Italian language. At least2 years of experiencein tour consulting or hotel operations. Proven experience sellingTanzania and other East African destinations, including:KenyaUganda Kenya Uganda Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines. Willingness to workvaried hours when required.
