The successful candidate will work directly with clients, prepare customised itineraries, manage bookings and invoices, provide customer support, and contribute to sales targets. Key Responsibilities Client Communication Manage customer inquiries, bookings, and payments throughWhatsApp, email, and phone. Maintain professional and responsive communication with clients. Itinerary Preparation Createtailored travel itinerariesbased on individual client requirements. Recommend suitable travel arrangements and destinations. Invoice Management Prepare and issue invoices. Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments. Customer Support Handle booking changes and updates. Respond to customer feedback. Resolve travel and booking-related issues effectively. Sales Contribute to achievingweekly and monthly sales targets. Support the conversion of inquiries into confirmed bookings. Qualifications and Requirements Applicants should have: ADiploma or Degreein Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. Excellent command of Danish. At least2 years of experiencein tour consulting or hotel operations. Proven experience sellingTanzania and other East African destinations, including:KenyaUganda Kenya Uganda Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines. Flexibility to workvaried hours when required.
