The company is seeking a practical and results-oriented professional to support plantation development, coordinate field activities, and ensure that project plans are implemented effectively. Job Summary Clean-Fields Limited is looking for a motivated and hands-on Plantation Consultant to oversee plantation activities and support the development of its 1,000-acre Paulownia plantation. The successful candidate will coordinate teams, supervise field operations, monitor progress against agreed plans and deadlines, and help resolve operational challenges. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a practical, solution-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities Supervise plantation staff, contractors, and service providers. Ensure that agreed plans and project deadlines are met. Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the owners. Coordinate solutions when operational challenges arise. Support the effective implementation of plantation development activities. Required Qualifications and Competencies The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following: Strong leadership skills. Excellent communication skills. A practical and solution-oriented mindset. Experience in agriculture, commercial tree growing, or working with local contractors is an added advantage.
